1. Overview

At Bloomfield Craft LLC, we want every customer to enjoy their crafting experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for orders placed on www.bloomfieldcraft.com.

 

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To start a return, please contact us at bloomfieldcraftllc@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for your request

We’ll reply with detailed instructions for completing your return.

 

3. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging, unless they arrive with obvious defects or damage.

  • Opened kits may be accepted for return only if they are pristine and suitable for resale — all materials must be included, intact, clean, and unused.

  • Returns are accepted for physical products only (kits, accessories, floss, and other tangible items).

  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error or obvious defects are not eligible for return.

Examples of obvious defects include:

  • Missing or misprinted pattern pages

  • Broken or damaged packaging caused during shipping

  • Flawed or incorrect materials inside a sealed kit

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital downloads or PDF cross-stitch patterns

  • Physical cross-stitch patterns

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Aida fabric (cut-to-order or pre-packaged)

  • Gift cards

 

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your return is rejected (for example, because the product shows signs of use), we will notify you and offer the option to have the item shipped back at your expense.

 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. If your return is not approved, we will contact you with details and options for next steps, including the option to have the item returned to you.

 

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a replacement item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at bloomfieldcraftllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost.

 

8. Exceptions & Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital cross-stitch patterns

  • Physical cross-stitch patterns

  • Gift cards

  • Aida fabric

  • Kits or materials that show signs of use, are missing components, or are not suitable for resale

To be considered suitable for resale, a kit must include all original components, be free of marks, odors, or damage, and be returned in clean, intact packaging.

 

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. All purchases and returns are subject to applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
