1. Order Processing Times, Backorders & Pre-Orders

 

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Busy seasons: Please allow extra time during high-volume periods such as holidays or for custom-made items.

  • Backordered items:

    • You will be notified by email if any item is on backorder.

    • A restock and ship date will be provided.

    • Backordered items ship as soon as they become available.

    • You may cancel the backordered portion for a full refund before it ships.

  • Pre-order items:

    • Clearly labeled as “Pre-Order” on the product page and in your cart.

    • Estimated ship dates will be provided via email when available.

    • You will receive updates if the timeline changes.

  • Processing delays: If any significant delay occurs for other reasons, we’ll notify you promptly by email.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

 

We ship to all 50 U.S. states using USPS, FedEx, and UPS, depending on order size, value, and destination.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the selected carrier, delivery method, and location.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Indiana & surrounding states: 1–3 business days.

  • Rest of continental U.S.: 3–7 business days.

3. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

 

To ensure your order arrives smoothly, please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address:

    • You’ll receive an email notification.

    • You’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.

    • You’ll have 14 calendar days from our email notification to respond and arrange reshipment.

    • If we don’t hear from you within that timeframe, the order will be marked abandoned and no refund will be issued.

  • If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you haven’t received it:

    • Please contact the carrier directly first (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

    • We will assist you with filing a missing package claim, but refunds are not guaranteed for lost or stolen deliveries.

 

4. Order Tracking

 

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use this number to track delivery directly on the carrier’s website.

 

5. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offers

 

All standard shipping costs are as stated at checkout and calculated based on carrier, destination, and weight.

 

Free Shipping Offers

 

We’re happy to offer free shipping on qualifying orders within the U.S.:

  • Orders over $25 → Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping, limited to 2 lbs total weight.

  • Orders over $50 → Free USPS Priority Mail shipping, limited to 1 lb total weight.

 

If your order exceeds these weight limits or includes oversized items, any additional shipping costs related to free-shipping promotions will automatically display at checkout before you finalize payment.

 

6. U.S. Territories & International Shipping

 

Bloomfield Craft LLC does not conduct business or ship outside the United States, aside from U.S. territories.
We only ship within the United States and its territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

If you need delivery to a U.S. territory, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm options.
Orders placed from outside these areas will be canceled and refunded.

 

7. Delivery Issues or Delays

 

In rare cases, weather, postal-service delays, or supply issues may affect your delivery time.
We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.

Bloomfield Craft LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
