1. Overview

 

Bloomfield Craft LLC ships all orders from our Indiana location using reliable USPS delivery services.
We make every effort to ensure that orders are processed, packed, and shipped promptly so your stitching supplies arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping methods, delivery areas, order timelines, and local pickup options for purchases made through www.bloomfieldcraft.com and at approved events.

Our goal is to provide accurate, transparent shipping information while maintaining fair costs for customers and small-business sustainability. All orders are subject to the Bloomfield Craft LLC Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and Disclaimer Policy.

 

2. Shipping Areas & Restrictions

 

Bloomfield Craft LLC currently ships only within the United States, including U.S. Territories, APO, and FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the U.S. will be canceled and refunded.

 

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:
We are pleased to ship to military addresses. However, free-shipping promotions do not apply to these shipments, and additional postage may be invoiced at our discretion to cover the actual cost of delivery. Customers will be notified by email before any additional APO/FPO postage is applied. All purchases are shipped from Indiana, USA.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses; Bloomfield Craft LLC cannot replace or refund orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information. If an address issue is identified before shipment, we will attempt to contact you using the email provided at checkout.

 

3. Shipping Rates & Methods

 

We ship primarily through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Current rates and thresholds are:

  • Flat-Rate USPS Ground: $3.49 (up to 2 lbs)

  • Free USPS Ground Shipping: Orders over $25 (limit 2 lbs)

  • Free USPS Priority Shipping: Orders over $50 (limit 1 lb)

 

Orders exceeding the free-shipping weight limits may be upgraded to the most cost-effective method available, and additional postage may be invoiced when necessary. Larger or multi-box orders may require additional postage, which will be invoiced prior to shipment. Shipment will proceed once any additional postage invoice has been paid.

Bloomfield Craft LLC reserves the right to ship via comparable or faster services at our discretion to maintain delivery reliability. We currently do not offer express or overnight shipping.

 

4. Order Processing & Handling Times

 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, special releases, or promotional sales. If any delay beyond five (5) business days is expected, Bloomfield Craft LLC will contact you by email to provide an updated timeline or alternative options. If an order cannot be shipped within 30 days, Bloomfield Craft LLC will notify the customer with the option to cancel or agree to a new estimated delivery date. Orders are shipped only after payment has cleared. Payment authorization and confirmation follow the procedures described in our Payment Policy. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details automatically when a label is generated. Links to tracking resources are available at Track Your Order and in the website footer for easy access. Bloomfield Craft LLC is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped. While Bloomfield Craft LLC is not responsible for postal delays, we are happy to assist in contacting USPS if your package is delayed or missing. All delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier.

 

5. Preorders & Backorders

 

From time to time, Bloomfield Craft LLC may offer preorders or temporarily accept backorders for upcoming or seasonal items. These listings are clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.

Preorder listings will include an estimated shipping window based on manufacturer or supplier timelines.

Unless otherwise stated, orders containing preorder or backordered items will be held until all items are available for shipment. This helps reduce duplicate shipping costs and ensures your order arrives complete.

Customers who prefer partial shipment may request it by emailing support@bloomfieldcraft.com.
Partial shipments are available at our discretion and may incur additional postage, invoiced before shipment.

If a preorder cannot be fulfilled due to limited availability or production changes, Bloomfield Craft LLC will contact you to arrange a replacement item, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.

 

6. Local Pickup

 

Local pickup is available on a case-by-case basis for approved orders and does not apply automatically at checkout.

Customers who would like to pick up locally should contact us directly by email at support@bloomfieldcraft.com.
The preferred method for local pickup orders is invoicing, which ensures proper processing and scheduling.

Pickup details—including date, time, and location—will be confirmed by email once your order is ready.
A reminder email will be sent before a pickup order is canceled. Orders approved for pickup must be collected within 30 days of notification unless extended at our sole discretion.
Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled and refunded (less any applicable restocking or processing costs) or converted to shipment with an additional shipping invoice. Bloomfield Craft LLC strives to be flexible and customer-focused. While we may occasionally make exceptions to assist customers, these accommodations are voluntary and not guaranteed.

 

7. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

 

Once an order has shipped, tracking details are provided via email.
All delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Bloomfield Craft LLC. If a package shows as “Delivered” but cannot be located, please check with your local post office, neighbors, or household members first. In many cases, packages are delivered to an alternate or secure location.

If the package remains missing, contact support@bloomfieldcraft.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will help initiate a carrier investigation or claim when possible.

Bloomfield Craft LLC is not responsible for carrier errors, theft after delivery, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout, but we will make every reasonable effort to assist customers in resolving lost or delayed shipments.

USPS Priority Mail shipments include limited carrier insurance (currently up to $100) per USPS policy.
Customers are encouraged to add extra insurance for high-value or limited-edition items.
