At Bloomfield Craft LLC, we prioritize transparency. All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Bloomfield, Indiana. We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for secure, trackable delivery.

The Contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

3. Shipping Costs & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, package weight, destination, and selected service. There are no hidden fees.

Ground Shipping
Orders from $0.01–$39.99 weighing up to 2 lbs: $4.49 flat rate
Orders of $40.00 or more weighing up to 2 lbs: FREE Ground shipping
Orders weighing over 2 lbs: Carrier-calculated shipping rate shown at checkout

Priority Shipping
Priority shipping, when available, is charged at the carrier-calculated rate shown at checkout.

4. Handling & Cutoff Times

Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

5. Estimated Delivery (Transit Time)

Standard Transit: 3 – 5 Business Days.
Estimated Delivery: 4 – 7 Business Days from purchase.

6. Tracking & Missing Orders

After shipment, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

Missing Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, contact support@bloomfieldcraft.com within 7 days. We are responsible for your order until the carrier marks it as "Delivered."

7. Minimum Order

A minimum merchandise subtotal of $5.50 is required for shipped orders. Shipping charges, taxes, and other fees do not count toward the minimum. Orders below the $5.50 merchandise subtotal cannot be completed for delivery and may require additional items to be added to the cart.
