1. Overview

 

Bloomfield Craft LLC ships all orders from our Indiana location using USPS. We aim to process and ship orders promptly and transparently. This policy explains the shipping areas we serve, available methods, rates, and order handling timelines. 

 

This Shipping Policy works together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund and Return Policy, Payment Policy, and Disclaimer Policy.

 

2. Shipping Areas

 

We currently ship within:

 

The United States

U.S. Territories 

APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

 

Orders placed with addresses outside these areas will be cancelled and refunded.

 

Shipping to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses is treated as domestic shipping.

Free shipping promotions may not apply, and additional postage may be required depending on carrier pricing. Customers will be contacted before any charges are added.

 

3. Shipping Carriers & Handling Time

All orders ship from our Indiana location. We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS), utilizing services such as USPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.


Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Order Cutoff Time: The start of the 2–3 business day handling period begins on the day the order is placed, provided the order and payment confirmation are received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Exceptions: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or special releases. If a delay beyond five (5) business days is expected, we will notify you by email.

 

Cancellation: If an order cannot be shipped within 30 days, the customer will be notified and given the option to cancel for a full refund or agree to a new delivery date.

 

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Promotions

 

Our shipping fees are based on the total value and weight of your order:

 

Flat Rate: $3.49 for orders weighing up to 2 lbs.

Free USPS Ground Shipping: Orders totaling over $25 (limit 2 lbs).

Free USPS Priority Shipping: Orders totaling over $50 (limit 1 lb).

 

APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories Exception: Free shipping promotions do not apply to U.S. Territories or Military addresses. If the actual USPS charges for these destinations exceed our standard domestic rates, additional postage may be required and will be communicated to the customer before shipment.

Overweight & Oversized Orders: Orders exceeding the free-shipping weight limits or requiring multiple boxes may incur additional postage. This charge will be invoiced to the customer prior to shipment, and shipment will proceed once the invoice is paid.

 

5. Estimated Delivery Time

 

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for standard U.S. orders after the package has shipped. This is an estimate provided by the carrier, and we are not responsible for delays once the package is in transit. Military addresses may experience significantly longer delivery times. Tracking details are provided via a shipping confirmation email.

 

6. Preorders & Backorders
 

Listings for preorders and backorders will be clearly marked.

 

Combined Shipments: Orders containing preorder items will generally be held until all items are available to ensure the order arrives complete.

 

Partial Shipments: Customers may request a partial shipment by emailing support@bloomfieldcraft.com. This is available at our discretion and may incur additional postage, invoiced before shipment.

 

Unfulfilled Orders: If a preorder cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted to arrange a replacement item, store credit, or refund.

7. Local Pickup (By Appointment Only)

 

Local pickup is available on a case-by-case basis for approved orders and does not apply automatically at checkout.

  • Customers must contact support@bloomfieldcraft.com to arrange pickup.

  • Pickup details (date, time, and non-public location) will be confirmed by email.

  • Orders must be collected within 30 days of notification. Uncollected orders may be canceled and refunded or converted to a shipment with applicable fees.

 

8. Missing Orders and Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as “Delivered” by USPS but you cannot locate it, please take the following steps:

 

  • Check with your local post office, neighbors, and all secure delivery locations.

  • If the package is still missing, please contact us immediately via email at support@bloomfieldcraft.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

  • We will assist you by initiating a carrier investigation or claim when possible.

 

Please Note: Bloomfield Craft LLC is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, or for packages stolen after delivery.

Insurance: USPS Priority Mail shipments include limited carrier insurance (currently up to $100). Customers are encouraged to add extra insurance for high-value items.
