1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

 

We allow order cancellations within 3 hours of purchase or any time before the order has shipped, whichever is later.

1.1 How to request a cancellation

Customers must email: support@bloomfieldcraft.com and include the following:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)
     

Orders placed outside regular business hours will not ship until the next business day, and never sooner than 3 hours after purchase.

1.2. Cancellations after shipment

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Customers may instead request a return under Section 2 or Section 3.

1.3. Exceptional cases

In rare circumstances, Bloomfield Craft LLC may authorize a cancellation outside the standard window to support customer satisfaction. Any such approval will be clearly communicated before processing.

 

 

2. Returns for Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

 

We accept returns for defective, incorrect, or damaged items.

2.1 Return Method

All returns must be shipped by mail only.
To initiate a return, email support@bloomfieldcraft.com within 14 days of delivery.

2.2 How to contact us

Email: support@bloomfieldcraft.com and include the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item (if applicable)

2.3 Step-by-Step Process

  1. Customer submits a return request by email.

  2. We review the claim and provide return instructions.

  3. Items are shipped back in original condition (unless defective).

  4. Upon arrival, items are inspected.

  5. A refund or replacement is issued as described in Section 5.

2.4 Return Label Process

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, a prepaid return label is provided at no cost.

  • For all other cases, customers may request a prepaid label; the label cost will be deducted from their refund, or they may ship using their own carrier.
     

2.5 Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • Bloomfield Craft LLC covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Customer covers return shipping for all other return categories.
     

2.6 Return Deadline

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

2.7 Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging
    unless defective or incorrect.

2.8 Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

2.9 Refund of Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are not refundable, except when the return is due to a Bloomfield Craft LLC error.

2.10 Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Refunds are issued only to the same payment method used at checkout.

 

 

3. Returns for Customer Remorse (Changed Mind, Wrong Item, Unwanted Purchase)

 

We accept returns for customer remorse, subject to the conditions below.

3.1 Return Method

We accept returns by mail only.

3.2 How to contact us

Email support@bloomfieldcraft.com and include the following:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) being returned

  • Reason (optional)
     

3.3 Step-by-Step Process

  1. Customer submits a return request.

  2. We provide return instructions.

  3. Customer ships item(s) back.

  4. The item is inspected.

  5. Refund is issued if eligible.
     

3.4 Return Label Process

Customers may request a prepaid return label. If approved, the label cost is deducted from the refund. Otherwise, customers may ship using their own carrier.

3.5 Who Pays for Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

3.6 Return Deadline

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

3.7 Condition Requirements

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Used items

  • Opened kits

  • Opened or damaged floss packs

  • Items missing parts

  • Items not in original packaging/condition

3.8 Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply.

3.9 Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.

3.10 Refund of Original Shipping

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

 

 

4. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

 

The following items are final sale:

  • Digital or PDF cross-stitch patterns

  • Physical cross-stitch patterns (if opened)

  • Custom or cut-to-order fabric (once cutting has begun)

  • Gift cards

  • Aida fabric (cut-to-order or pre-packaged)

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Items missing parts or altered from their original condition
     

Exceptions

In cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, exceptions may be made to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

 

5. Refund Method & Processing Adjustments

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Refund amounts may be reduced by:

  • Return shipping costs for remorse-based returns

  • Costs of prepaid labels (if used)

  • Outbound shipping costs for canceled or refused shipments
     

Any deduction will be communicated to the customer before the refund is finalized.

If a return cannot be approved after inspection (e.g., used or damaged items), we will notify the customer and offer return shipment of the item at their expense.

All refunds are processed according to our Payment Policy.
