1. Overview

This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, billing practices, and secure transaction procedures for purchases made through www.bloomfieldcraft.com or at approved in-person events.

All purchases are subject to the Bloomfield Craft LLC Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside the Refund Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Disclaimer Policy.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). By completing a purchase, you authorize Bloomfield Craft LLC and its payment processor to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method in accordance with this policy.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Bloomfield Craft LLC accepts the following payment methods:

  • Online purchases: Wix Payments, which securely processes all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay).

  • PayPal: You may select PayPal at checkout to complete your purchase through your PayPal account or linked payment method. All PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal’s terms, conditions, and buyer protection policies.

  • In-person purchases: Wix Point of Sale (POS) or cash.

  • Checks are not accepted for any online or in-person orders.

We may expand or update available payment methods periodically. Any changes will be reflected in this policy and at checkout.

Bloomfield Craft LLC does not accept prepaid or virtual cards for preorder or special-order transactions.

3. Secure Processing

All payments are processed through Wix Payments or PayPal, both of which are PCI DSS Level 1–certified payment processors.

Bloomfield Craft LLC does not store or have access to your full payment card information. Payment details are transmitted securely through encrypted SSL connections at checkout.

Transactions are protected by multiple security layers, and devices used for in-person transactions are password-protected, regularly updated, and managed according to Wix’s and PayPal’s PCI compliance standards.

By submitting your payment, you authorize Bloomfield Craft LLC and its processors to charge your selected payment method for the full amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes or shipping costs.

4. Billing & Order Confirmation

Payment is captured immediately upon checkout for online purchases.

Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges that your payment was received and your order has entered processing.

Orders will not ship until payment has cleared.

If a payment fails, your order will not be completed or confirmed. You may need to reattempt payment using another valid method.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the timeline and procedures described in our Refund Policy.

5. Preorders, Custom Orders & Special Handling

From time to time, Bloomfield Craft LLC may offer preorders or accept custom orders, including special-size fabric cuts.

Payment for preorder or custom items is collected in full at the time of purchase. These transactions are non-refundable once production, supplier processing, or cutting begins.

Preorder or special handling details will always be clearly displayed on the product page.
Refunds or cancellations of these orders are processed according to our Refund Policy and Return Policy.

6. Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied at checkout for customers located in Indiana, as required by law.

Orders shipped to other U.S. states or territories may be subject to local use tax, which is the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

All displayed product prices exclude sales tax unless otherwise noted.

7. Payment Errors or Declines

If your payment method is declined or fails to process, your order will not be completed.
Please verify your billing address, card information, or contact your bank or payment provider before reattempting payment.

Bloomfield Craft LLC reserves the right to cancel orders that remain unpaid or are affected by repeated failed transactions.

If an order is canceled due to payment failure or security concerns, we will notify you by email.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact support@bloomfieldcraft.com regarding any payment or billing issue before initiating a chargeback or PayPal dispute.

Customers must allow ten (10) business days for Bloomfield Craft LLC to investigate and resolve payment-related concerns.

All chargeback and dispute matters are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, and must be filed in Greene County, Indiana.

9. Currency & Pricing Adjustments

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Bloomfield Craft LLC reserves the right to adjust product prices, shipping rates, promotions, or discounts at any time without prior notice.
Pricing errors or discrepancies identified after checkout will be corrected, and affected customers will be contacted before any adjustment is processed.
