Welcome to Bloomfield Craft LLC. By accessing or purchasing from www.bloomfieldcraft.com or our in-person sales events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms govern your use of our website, products, and services, including all online and in-person transactions with Bloomfield Craft LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase. By using our site or completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Refund Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, Disclaimer Policy, and Payment Policy.
All of these documents form part of this agreement.

 

2. Eligibility and Business Information

 

Bloomfield Craft LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Indiana, USA.

Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase. By using this site, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

Bloomfield Craft LLC does not operate a public storefront or offer in-person customer service. The address provided is our registered business address, not a retail location.

 

3. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this site—including text, product images, photos, graphics, and designs—is the property of Bloomfield Craft LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Third-party trademarks appearing on this website, such as Weeks Dye Works, DMC, and others, remain the property of their respective owners. These references are used only to identify compatible or associated products.

 

4. Product Information, Pricing &             Availability

 

We strive to present all product information and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or updates from suppliers.

Some images may include AI-generated representations of colors or materials to help customers visualize products; these may not be 100% exact but represent the item as closely as possible. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Bloomfield Craft LLC reserves the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors and to cancel orders resulting from such errors.

 

Product Availability:
Many of our items—such as limited-edition floss or seasonal patterns—are available only while supplies last. We make every effort to list only products that are in stock, but occasional errors may occur.

 

Preorders:
From time to time, Bloomfield Craft LLC may offer preorders for seasonal or special items. Payment for preorder items is due at the time of purchase. If we cannot fulfill a preorder due to supplier or production issues, customers will be offered a store product replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

 

5. Order Acceptance, Cancellations & Payments

 

When you place an order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation once payment has been processed. This confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Bloomfield Craft LLC reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory discrepancies.

 

Customer Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment only. Once a shipping label has been generated or tracking has been issued, the order is considered finalized. If a customer requests cancellation after that point, any actual shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.

 

Payment Methods:
We accept online payments via Wix Payments, PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards. Payments for in-person events are also processed through Wix or cash; checks are not accepted.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is automatically applied at checkout for customers in Indiana, as required by law.

 

Orders shipped to other states may be subject to local use tax requirements.
Bloomfield Craft LLC does not collect tax in states where not legally required, and customers outside Indiana are not expected to remit sales tax separately.

 

6. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

 

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact Bloomfield Craft LLC directly regarding any issue with your order before initiating a chargeback. You further agree to provide us at least ten (10) business days to resolve the issue. Disputes arising from orders are subject solely to the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, and must be filed in Greene County, Indiana.

 

7. Custom Orders & Fabric Cuts

 

Most custom orders involve special-size fabric cuts. These orders are paid in full upfront and cannot be refunded once fabric has been cut. A custom cut fee of $10 applies to all special-size requests, which must be paid before the cutting process begins. Custom orders are invoiced individually. We will not begin cutting or preparing a custom order until payment has been received. Because custom fabric cuts are created to customer specifications, they are non-refundable once production begins.

 

8. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

 

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. We currently ship within the United States and U.S. Territories only. Local pickup may be offered on a case-by-case basis and must be completed within 30 days of notification unless extended at our discretion. Bloomfield Craft LLC may deviate from standard shipping or pickup policies to assist customers when feasible, but such accommodations are voluntary and not guaranteed.

 

9. Refunds & Returns

 

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Return Policy.

Paper cross-stitch patterns are non-returnable once opened, to prevent unauthorized copying. Custom fabric cuts are non-refundable once cut. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once returned items are approved.

 

10. Data Privacy & Communications

 

Bloomfield Craft LLC protects your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you agree that we may contact you by email regarding your purchase, order updates, or related customer service inquiries. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link or contacting us directly.

 

11. Governing Law & Entire Agreement

 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Greene County, Indiana. This document, together with our Refund Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, Disclaimer Policy, and Payment Policy, represents the entire agreement between the customer and Bloomfield Craft LLC. Bloomfield Craft LLC is committed to making good-faith efforts to maintain accurate, transparent, and accessible business practices across all policies.
