Bloomfield Craft LLC – Refund and Return Policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Standard Cancellation: You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase by emailing support@bloomfieldcraft.com.

  • Exceptions: Once a physical item has entered "Final Production" (e.g., custom-cut fabric) or a digital download link has been issued, it cannot be canceled.

 

2. Returns for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We accept returns for items that are defective or incorrect.

  • Window: Report issues within 14 days of delivery.

  • Resolution: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost. Upon inspection, we issue a full refund or replacement.

  • Condition: Items must be in original, unused, and unmarked condition.

 

3. Returns for Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

We accept returns for customer remorse (e.g., wrong item ordered, changed mind).

  • Window: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees ($0).

 

4. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Due to copyright and the nature of use, the following are non-refundable:

  • Final Sale items.

  • Digital or PDF patterns (once link is delivered).

  • Physical patterns if the seal/packaging is opened.

  • Custom-cut fabric (once cutting has begun).

  • Gift cards.

 

5. Exchanges

  • Direct Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

  • Recommended Process: The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the unwanted product for a full refund (per our 14-day policy) and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures accurate inventory tracking and the fastest delivery.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: For items received damaged or defective, please see Section 2 for our expedited replacement process at no cost.

 

6. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once received, items are inspected within 1 business day.

  • Approval: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Timeline: Most credits appear within 5 – 10 business days, depending on your bank.
