At Bloomfield Craft LLC, we want your shopping experience to be positive and worry-free.
If you need to return an item, this policy explains eligibility, timelines, and how to begin a return request.
This Return Policy applies to orders placed through www.bloomfieldcraft.com and approved in-person sales events.
It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Disclaimer Policy and Accessibility Statement.
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To start a return, email support@bloomfieldcraft.com and include:

We will reply with instructions for completing your return, including shipping details.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Opened kits may be accepted for return only if pristine and suitable for resale — all materials must be included, clean, and unused.

Floss packs (DMC or Weeks Dye Works) are not considered “kits” and are eligible for return if unopened and undamaged.

Returns are accepted for physical products only (kits, accessories, floss, and other tangible items).
Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error or obvious defects are not eligible for return.
Examples of obvious defects include:

Missing or misprinted pattern pages

Broken or damaged packaging caused during shipping

Flawed or incorrect materials inside a sealed kit
Non-returnable items include:

Digital downloads or PDF cross-stitch patterns

Physical cross-stitch patterns (must remain unopened to be returnable)

Custom or personalized items

Aida fabric (cut-to-order or pre-packaged)

Gift cards
Bloomfield Craft LLC reserves the right to deviate from these eligibility standards at our discretion for items damaged in transit or clearly defective.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers may request a prepaid return label by email. If approved, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund. In cases where the return shipping cost is greater than the proposed refund amount, Bloomfield Craft LLC may invoice the return shipping cost. Invoices must be paid before a prepaid label is issued.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is rejected (for example, if the product shows signs of use), we will notify you and offer the option to have the item shipped back at your expense.
All refund and reimbursement transactions related to returns are processed in accordance with our Payment Policy.
5. Delivery Definition
“Delivered” means the date a carrier marks the package as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Bloomfield Craft LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery once a carrier marks an item as delivered.
However, we will attempt to assist customers in coordinating with carriers when able. Ultimate responsibility for delivery disputes remains with the customer and carrier.
6. Return Processing
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If your return is approved, a confirmation email will be sent, and your refund will be issued to the original payment method according to our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
7. No Restocking Fees
Bloomfield Craft LLC does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
8. Exceptions & Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Digital or physical cross-stitch patterns

Gift cards

Aida fabric (cut-to-order or pre-packaged)

Kits or materials showing signs of use or missing components
To be considered suitable for resale, a kit must include all original components, be free of marks, odors, or damage, and be returned in clean, intact packaging. Bloomfield Craft LLC reserves the right to deviate from these rules at our discretion for clear product defects or damage during shipping.
9. Governing Law & Contact Information
This Return Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. It forms part of the Bloomfield Craft LLC Terms & Conditions.
